Orders & Shipping

How fast do you ship?
Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Once your order ships, you'll get a confirmation email with tracking so you can watch it the whole way. Standard shipping typically runs 3–7 business days; expedited options (when available) run 1–3 business days.

Where do you ship?
Right now we ship throughout the United States via USPS and UPS. Rates and available options are calculated at checkout based on your address.

My order hasn't arrived, or something's wrong with it — what do I do?
Email us at hat76@h6outfitters.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we'll work with you and the carrier to fix it.

Returns & Exchanges

What's your return policy?
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Items need to be unworn, unused, in original packaging, with tags attached, and you'll need your receipt or proof of purchase. Full details are on our Refund Policy page.

How do I start a return?
Email hat76@h6outfitters.com and we'll get you a return shipping label and instructions. Please don't send items back before requesting a return — we can't accept unrequested packages.

Can I exchange an item instead of returning it?
The fastest path is to return what you have and place a new order for the item you want — that way you're not waiting on us to process an exchange before your new gear ships.

Products

What steel do your knives use, and what's the difference?
Our knife lineup runs premium steels like S35VN and S45VN. If you're not sure which is right for you, we broke it down in plain English on the Monday Ready Blog.

Do you roast your own coffee?
I personally taste-test and select every H6 Outfitters blend, then partner with Temecula Coffee Roasters — a specialty roaster I chose for their quality — to custom roast and package it under the H6 name. It's not generic reseller coffee; it's a blend I picked, roasted to my spec, and shipped as H6 Outfitters coffee.
