At H6 Outfitters, we believe in doing things the right way. Every order is carefully packed and shipped with the same attention to detail we’d expect ourselves.

Order Processing

Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days after your order is placed.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. During product launches, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Methods

We currently ship throughout the United States using trusted carriers such as USPS and UPS. Available shipping options and rates are calculated at checkout.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Delivery Estimates

After your order has been processed, most deliveries arrive within:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping (when available): 1–3 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates provided by the shipping carrier and cannot be guaranteed.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please verify that your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase. H6 Outfitters is not responsible for delays or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your package is lost, arrives damaged, or you experience any shipping issues, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We’ll work with you and the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

If your order contains a preorder item, your entire order may ship once all items are available unless otherwise stated on the product page.
